Prepare to celebrate all things X-Men on May 13, which 20th Century Fox has dubbed X-Men Day. The studio announced X-Men Day with a poster for the upcoming film Dark Phoenix.

According to a statement from Fox, X-Men Day will be "a celebration of the culmination of the X-Men saga, its global fanbase, all the beloved characters, its groundbreaking impact on popular culture and enduring audience appeal for nearly 20 years."

X-Men Day will feature the debut of exclusive X-Men content, special events, advance ticket sales for Dark Phoenix and other surprises. More information will be provided at @XMenMovies.

The first X-Men film debuted in 2000 and starred Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. The first X-Men trilogy ended with 2006's X-Men: Last Stand. In 2011, a reboot of the series began with X-Men: First Class. Other films that followed include X-Men: Days of Future Past and X-Men: Apocalypse.

Directed and written by Simon Kinberg, Dark Phoenix stars James McAvoy as Charles Xavier/Professor X, Michael Fassbender as Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Raven Darkhölme/Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Hank McCoy/Beast, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey/Phoenix, Tye Sheridan as Scott Summers/Cyclops, Alexandra Shipp as Ororo Munroe/Storm, Kodi Smit-McPhee as Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler, Evan Peters as Peter Maximoff/Quicksilver and Jessica Chastain. The film arrives June 7.
