During an interview with DC All Access, "The Flash's" Teddy Sears weighed in on the relationship between Jay Garrick and Barry Allen as well as how the Earth-1 characters will attempt to use the wormholes to their benefit.

"The team gets to work on trying to figure out how to use the breaches for their benefit. For example, instead of things just going from Earth-2 to Earth-1, how can we send things from Earth-1 to Earth-2?" he explained. "So Jay and Caitlin [Snow] begin working on a Speed Cannon."

"They spend time in a lab working on a Speed Cannon and they actually begin to get to know each other a little better, building on that chemistry you saw episode two," he added.

Starring Grant Gustin, Carlos Valdes and Jesse L. Martin, "The Flash" airs Tuesdays at 8 pm EST on The CW.
