In "Unchained," the next episode of "Arrow," Roy Harper returns to Star City -- but it isn't quite the joyful reunion Team Arrow might have hoped for. After he wakes up in the team's new headquarters for the first time, he reveals he's been blackmailed into working for a man who calls himself The Calculator.
