The Muppets house band Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem played the first -- and apparently only -- stop on their world tour over the weekend at San Francisco's Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival. And they rocked it, even bringing out a gospel choir.

The group, consisting of Dr. Teeth, Janice, Floyd Pepper, Lips, Zoot and the incomparable Animal, played a blisteringly bluesy five-song set that included a mix of originals and covers. They opened with the original number "Can You Picture That," then followed with Mowgli's "San Francisco," Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros' "Home," and the Band's "Ophelia." Dr. Teeth and the crew closed it all down with a cover of the Beatles' "With a Little Help From My Friends" that included some assistance from the band's "spiritually sanctified friends," the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir.
