Plenty of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" trailers have featured a voiceover from Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor touting the superhero showdown between the Son of Kyrpton and Bat of Gotham. Now, thanks to the actor's recent appearance on "Good Morning America," we know the larger context of the voiceover. A clip aired on the morning talk show reveals that Luthor is giving the speech to Superman himself, trying to convince the Man of Steel to go up against Batman and settle their differences -- permanently.

Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Laurence Fishburne, Amy Adams and others, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" hits screens on March 25.
