It's looking more and more likely that the first teaser trailer for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is on the way. First it was hinted that the teaser would arrive in theaters with "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," and now we know that a trailer has been screened for fans at Sao Paulo's Comic Con Experience 2016.

The Twitter account for Sony Pictures Brasil has posted a reaction video of the crowd at CCXP right after they finished watching the first footage from "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

The tweet itself translates to "10 words, 52 characters, 1 feeling -- Spider-Man: Homecoming teaser at CCPX16." And the "52 characters" refers to Twitter characters, not characters in the footage (this isn't "Avengers: Infinity War," after all).

While we haven't seen the footage yet, we do know that it most likely includes a shot of Spider-Man with a new costume. A previous report from CCXP indicates that the new Spider-suit will include the wall-crawler's classic web wings, which have been a staple of the character's comic book look for decades but never been adapted into a feature film. This update to Spider-Man’s big screen look was first rumored back in May. That rumor stated that Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) will provide Spider-Man’s costume with the underarm web wings that were part of the character’s original Steve Ditko design.

Directed by Jon Watts, “Spider-Man: Homecoming” stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr. The film opens July 7, 2017.
