Over a handful of new clips from the upcoming fourth season, executive producer Wendy Mericle weighs in on how Team "Arrow" functions without Oliver (Stephen Amell) and how Thea (Willa Holland), Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Digg (David Ramsey) are faring without him.
"The team... has taken over for Oliver and they've been kicking ass," Mericle shared. "Thea's skills have advanced. She's very much part of the team, a full fledged member. Laurel, too... They are a really tight team. They've been working with Digg."
"They've been working very hard to fight the new forces of evil that have decided to come to Star City," she added.
