Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan just arrived on AMC's "The Walking Dead" television series, but the character has long been a fan-favorite baddie in Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard's comic book series of the same name. Now, Kirkman and Adlard will turn back the clock and tell the comic character's origin in "Here's Negan," a 48-page story that will be told over the first twelve issues of "Image+."

In February, Image announced "Image+," a new monthly magazine aimed at fans and retailers, which will be distributed with Diamond's "Previews" catalog at no extra price, similar to Marvel's "Marvel Previews." It'll be available on its own for $1.99. Each issue will "feature Image's upcoming releases, as well as bonus creator-owned comics content," including Kirkman and Adlard's "Here's Negan" story.

"Images+" #1 goes on sale April 27.
