Hot off "The Walking Dead's" appearance at New York Comic Con, AMC has revealed the title of the Season 7 premiere episode, in addition to the installment's official plot synopsis.

Titled "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be," the episode promises a resolution to the jaw-dropping Season 6 cliffhanger that saw Negan ruthlessly murder one of the core survivors on the series. The title is a reference to a quote from the Season 1 finale uttered by Dr. Edwin Jenner at the Center for Disease Control to Rick Grimes. He told the protagonist, "The day will come when you won't be."

As promised, we'll find out who exactly Negan killed very early on in the episode -- but the villain's reign of terror doesn't end there, he'll prove to be a lasting threat throughout the hotly anticipated seventh season.

The official plot synopsis for "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be" reads, "Last season ended with Rick and our group kneeling helplessly before Negan and his group. What Negan does will haunt those who survive forever."
