In the buildup to Sunday's midseason finale of "The Walking Dead," AMC has debuted new clips from the episode, “Hearts Still Beating."

The first clip, which debuted by E! Online, gives us our first look at Carol and Morgan since the second episode of the season. There isn’t any Ezekiel or Shiva in it (sadly), but it might finally be time for the people of The Kingdom to start mobilizing.

The next clip, from IGN, shows Rick and Aaron trying to navigate a pond infested with walkers. Of course, their boat is filled with holes and will most likely sink, adding to the tension for the scene.

AMC has also another clip, showcasing what life is like for those in Alexandria when Negan pays a visit. Rick still doesn’t know about his arrival to the town, nor does he know about Carol being in the Sanctuary, so the winter finale has a lot of ground to cover. Thankfully, it’s 90 minutes long, so fans should expect some forms of closure, with hints of cliffhangers thrown in.

Negan’s unwelcome visit to Alexandria continues as other members scavenge for supplies; things quickly spin out of control.

“The Walking Dead” airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC.
