Paramount Pictures has confirmed the return of Crosshairs in "Transformers: The Last Knight" with the release of concept art of the Autobot in his robot form.

Voiced by John DiMaggio, the snarky sharpshooter made his live-action debut in 2014's "Transformers: Age of Extinction," where he appeared as a green 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray. While we can likely expect his car mode to receive an update, the art of his robot form is unchanged from the previous film. Here the 18-foot Crosshairs is characterized as "the lone sniper" who's "Autobot, when it counts."

The image is only the latest in a string of releases that have spotlighted Hot Rod, Drift and the new character Sqweeks.

Directed by Michael Bay, "Transformers: The Last Knight" stars Mark Wahlberg, Isabela Moner, Jerrod Carmichael, Josh Duhamel and Anthony Hopkins. It opens stars June 23, 2017.
