TRANSFORMERS

The Detroit News has an extensive report about filming in Motown, complete with a set photo. Speaking of sneak peeks at the set, there’s a huge set of photos at TheJay.com, which has videos as well.

SMALLVILLE

They did a longer trailer for Thursday’s episode, “Sneeze?” Well, what if we wanted screen captures … what’s that? They’ve already got ’em at Kryptonsite? Wow, that’s helpful. It’s cool that they’ve also got fresh spoilers about a November episode named “Rage.” They rock.

HEROES

Comics Continuum has the official description of next Monday’s episode, “One Giant Leap,” and it goes a little something like this: “As the ‘Heroes’ continue to test their newfound extraordinary abilities, Claire (Hayden Panettiere) tries to maintain a normal social life when a romance with the football quarterback takes a tragic turn. While Hiro (Masi Oka) convinces his friend that they are destined to travel to America to save the world, a frightened Niki (Ali Larter) follows instructions from a mysterious, unknown source that directs her to the middle of the desert. Meanwhile, Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) uses Peter’s (Milo Ventimiglia) accident to propel his political campaign. The elusive Sylar is being hunted by both Matt (Greg Grunberg) and the FBI, as well as Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy), whose father’s journal leads to potential clues.”

FANTASTIC FOUR: THE RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER

Hollywood North Report has two different sets of photos from the Vancouver location where shooting is underway.

THIS CALL? IT’S FOR YOU

Here’s where you get in on the action. Did you see a link we didn’t catch? Have you snuck into a closed movie set, and have inside data? Maybe your cousin is dating somebody who knows something, and they had to tell you? Whatever it is, we wanna know it all — fire off an email and let us know whether you want your name used or your contributions to geekdom to go down anonymously. Broadcasting live from Los Angeles, this is novelist/karaoke host/all-around lunatic Hannibal Tabu saying thanks for your time and indulgence, and [tagline sent back to development hell until something hipper can be dreamed up].
