We've seen so many "Iron Man 3" collectibles leading up the film's May 3 release date, but don't expect the reveals to slow down anytime soon. Despite being only a week away, we have a better look at one of the many Hot Toys alternate armors shown off in previous weeks as well as a nearly seven foot tall statue from Sideshow and Beast Kingdom, based on Tony Stark's latest armor. Of course, there are plenty of other statues and collectibles to check out in this week's TOYING AROUND, like a new Hugh Jackman Wolverine figure, more from "Man of Steel" and even a line of urban vinyl He-Man toys!

MAREVL MOVIES | Hot Toys is known for creating wildly accurate 1/6th scale figures based on some of the most popular movies around. They're adding a Wolverine figure based on his appearance in "X-Men: The Last Stand" which comes fully poseable and ready to throw down. Meanwhile, the company also showed off more images of the "Iron Man 3" Power Pose Red Snapper figure which we first saw last week. Turns out the some of the accessories from this line can be attached to the regular Movie Masters piece!

IRON MAN 3 | You might need to be as rich as Tony Stark to buy it, but Sideshow Collectibles and Beast Kingdom have a life-sized Iron Man ready for purchase. The $8500 statue stands over 7 feet tall and is based on the Mark 42 armor soon to be made world famous in "Iron Man 3."

MAN OF STEEL | Of course, Iron Man isn't the only metal man hitting the big screen this summer -- Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" is expected to do quite a bit of business on its June 14 release day. ToyNewsI showed off two figures based on the film from Play Arts Kai. Check out the highly articulated versions of Henry Cavill's Superman and Michael Shannon's General Zod. The figures are available in August.

BATMAN '66 | While many people are looking forward to all new comic book adaptations hitting the big screen this summer, many toy fans are equally excited to see one of the most beloved takes on a four color hero hitting stores: TV's Batman from the 1960s. We've seen the majority of the figures, but Mattel just revealed a new one for the second series: actress Julie Newmar as Catwoman! (via ToyNewsI)

THE HOBBIT | Last week, The Bridge Direct announced a series of new action figures based on the upcoming Peter Jackson epic "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug," but now they've released more specific images. Feast your eyes on Radagast and Azog from the 6-inch scale line as well as The Thorin Oakenshield Adveture and Bilbo Baggins Burglar packs of 3.75 inch figures. These and all the other figures are available in October, two months before the film hits December 13.

STAR TREK | Even though it's latter day successor the Enterprise gets more play, the U.S.S. Kelvin played a huge role in J.J. Abrams' 2009 "Star Trek" movie. Captain Kirk's dad -- played by Chris Hemsworth -- held off the Narada long enough to get his crew to safety, including his unborn son. Quantum Mechanix has a replica based on the digital files in the works that they showed off. At this point, there's no release date or price nailed down but we'll keep you posted as details are announced.

HALF-LIFE 2 | Gordon Freeman, the star of the Half-Life games, has become a geek icon; he's a bespectacled theoretical physicist dealing with inter-dimensional threats, so what's not to like? One of his iconic weapons is the Gravity Gun as seen in "Half-Life 2," and NECA wants everyone to bring out their inner Gordon with this Gravity Gun prop replica. The weapon measures about 2 feet long and was created based on the digital blueprints from the game itself.

STAR WARS: THE OLD REPUBLIC | Darth Malgus made a nefarious name for himself in the MMORPG "Star Wars: The Old Republic." Though he's relatively new to the world of Star Wars, Sideshow Collectibles thinks he's important enough to add to their line of sixth scale action figures. Malgus comes with a removable respirator mask, four different hands as well as lit and unlit versions of his lightsaber. The Sideshow exclusive version also comes with a different, non-scarred head.

MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE | Funko first dipped their toe into the Masters of the Universe pool with a series of Wackly Wobbler bobbleheads, but now they're diving in head first with a series of Pop! Vinyl figures. The first wave, which hits on May 21, will include He-Man, She-Ra, Skeletor, Hordak and Spikor. (via The Fwoosh)

DOCTOR WHO | In this day and age of ultra expensive toys, we don't get nearly as many playlets as we used to back in the day. They've developed a solution over in the UK for the 3.75-inch Doctor Who action figures: card board dioramas. Dubbed Time Zone playsets, each comes with one exclusive item. For example, the Dalek Invasion 2075AD set comes with a Dalek Hovabout Accessory while the Cold War 1983 one boasts an Ice Warrior Creature. Collect all the Time Zones and clip them together to make more massive action locations!
