While the Comic-Con International in San Diego exclusive reveals might have slowed down this week, we're not hurting for toy news! Funko has adorable little zombies and zombie killers in their latest line of "The Walking Dead" Pop Vinyl figures while Hot Toys continues to blow our minds with die-cast RoboCop offerings. Plus, new Shazam!, Star Wars, "Aliens" and "Axe Cop" figures -- and even a duo of Sonic the Hedgehog statues -- are all featured in this week's TOYING AROUND!

KICK-ASS 2 | After showing off their NES-based glow-in-the-dark Jason and Albino Predator, NECA revealed their final set of CCI exclusives through ToyNewsI: the Uncensored R-rated "Kick-Ass 2" figures! When action figures based on Kick-Ass, Hit-Girl and The MotherF*cker hit regular stores in August, the names are cleaned up including the shortening of the film's title to "KA2." However, if you're in San Diego and attend Comic-Con you'll be able to get the swear-filled packaging for all three figures.

THE WALKING DEAD | One of the scariest shows on television continues to inspire some of the cutest little collectibles around. For its third wave of Waking Dead Pop! Vinyl toys, Funko cooked up Prison Yard Rick, The Governor, Merle Dixon and a Prison Guard Walker all going on sale July 11. They also announced a ton of Season Three spoiling exclusives including Hot Topic's Poncho Daryl and Zombie Merle, Previews' Bloody Gauze Eye Patch Governor, Fugitive Toys' Blood Splatter Governor and a convention exclusive Blood Splatter Merle.

ANGRY BIRDS STAR WARS | The CCI exclusive reveals keep on coming. Hasbro announced through io9 one of their CCI exclusive collectibles is an Angry Birds Star Wars 12 pack featuring Bird-ed versions of Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Chewbacca, R2-D2, C-3PO, Darth Vader, a Stormtrooper, a Sand Person, an Impreial Navy Commander and a Jawa. As an added bonus, the packaging is designed in the same style as the classic Kenner Star Wars toys!

STAR WARS | Few characters in the Star Wars films cut as imposing a figure as Darth Vader. From the all-black outfit and flowing cape to fearsome mask and helmet, this guy doesn't look like he should be trifled with. Sideshow captured all of that in their 1:6 scale action figure based on Vader's "Return of the Jedi" appearance. You can choose between the regular version and the more limited Sideshow exclusive one which comes with a severed hand. Sideshow also revealed the Blackhole Stormtrooper Premium Format Figure statue which comes with movable head and blaster.

SHAZAM | Offered with little more than a "By speaking my name you can become the strongest and mightiest man in the world..." Kotobukiya teased DC Comics fans with this photo on their Facebook page. It sure seems like the Japanese statue-makers are hard at work on a light-up piece of Captain Marvel (or Shazam! as he's known today). We're guessing this is part of their New 52 ARTFX+ line based on the comic company's New 52 initiative.

AXE COP | The first wave of Axe Cop figures are finally up for pre-order! Based on the Dark Horse comic by brothers Malachai and Ethan Nicolle, "Axe Cop" features mountains of craziness that are now being translated into figure form by Mezco. The October-shipping first wave includes Axe Cop with axe, poopsucker gun and Uni Baby with lemon grenade as well as Dr. Doo Doo with a Doo Doo soldier and Avocado Soldier with flit, removable unicorn horn and machine gun.

ROBOCOP | Apparently when it rains highly detailed, 1/6th scale RoboCop action figures, it pours. Hot Toys unveiled a series of new Movie Masters Die-Cast figures including RoboCop and ED-209. Robo comes complete with working thigh holster and swap-out lower face parts while ED boasts battle damaged pieces. Both feature sound effects from the 1987 film. As an added bonus, you can also pick up a version of RoboCop that comes with his mechanical chair.

STAR TREK | He's a collectible, not a doctor, damn it! The Hollywood Collectibles Group has a brand new entry in their line of classic Star Trek statues, this one featuring our favorite blue-shirted science officer Dr. McCoy, better known as Bones. The 1:6 scale statue comes in a regular version as well as a limited-to-150-piece HCG exclusive that comes with a chair and additional piece of equipment on his desk. Both versions are available in the fall.

MORTAL KOMBAT | Like Scorpion and Sub-Zero before him, Smoke is making his debut in statue form from Pop Culture Shock. The 19-inch tall statue is limited to only 175 pieces and sold exclusively through PCS's website. The piece can be pre-ordered now, but ships at the end of the year.

ALIENS | It's a good time to be a Michael Biehn fan. He plays the lead role in the 80s-tastic downloadable game "Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon" and has not one, but two action figures coming out from NECA. The basic figure resembling his Hicks character from "Aliens" is in stores now, while this recently revealed helmeted version comes in a Marine vs. Warrior 2-pack during the summer!

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG | Sonic the Hedgehog's doppelganger, Shadow has similar speed to his blue brother from another mother, but gets around thanks to hover shoes. This 15.5-inch tall statue from First 4 Figures captures Shadow's kicks in both the regular and F4F exclusive versions. The bonus for the limited-to-600-pieces exclusive is it features light-up flames from Shadow's feet! Both versions ship at the end of the year.

GODZILLA | Bluefin Tamashii Nations dropped a mechanized bomb on Godzilla fans on their Facebook page, showing off images of the October-shipping Kiryu from S.H. MonsterArts. Not familiar with Kiryu? He's the star of "Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla" and "Godzilla: Tokyo SOS" from Millennium. In that continuity, Godzilla was killed back in 1954, but a new one rose up in 1999 to wreak havoc. To defend themselves, the Japanese government dug up the original's bones, added lots of metal, built lots of weapons and thus Kiryu was born. The figure is available in October.
