"Blindspot" star Jaimie Alexander is firmly aboard the Marvel Studios hype train, but she's not certain she will reprise her role as Sif in the upcoming "Thor: Ragnarok" film. She revealed that script changes may have affected her role in the film, though she previously confirmed she would return.

"I am not 100% sure at this moment," she explained. "I know that they're changing things with the script and that sort of thing, so I am literally in limbo. I know probably less than you do about it. I would love to do it, but whether or not it's going to work on my short hiatus from 'Blindspot' I'm not sure. There could be a lot of factors when it comes to that decision."

As to what she loves about the character, she said, "I love her loyalty and her strength, and just her wanting to protect everyone around her. There are some similarities between her and Jane from Blindspot. I'm a huge comic book fan, and who doesn't dream of being a superhero when they're a kid? The fact that I got to put on a costume and play this amazing superhero was just a dream come true. It was like the little kid inside me was very, very excited."

"If I get to play her again, it's absolutely gravy," she shared. "That's why when Marvel asked me if I would cross the Thor films into Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., I said yes. I love Clark Gregg; he is a fantastic guy and that whole cast is wonderful. They're such a great, tight family over there and they're more than welcoming. I also got to explore more of who Sif really is, and play around with humor a little bit with her, which I didn't really get a chance to do in the films."

Directed by Taika Waititi and starring Chris Hemsworth, "Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to open on November 3, 2017.
