In the comics, the queen of Hel was Loki's daughter but it's yet to be seen how Taika Waititi will shape their relationship in this November's Ragnarok, which will mainly focus on Thor being lampooned on an alien planet. There he will fight in a gladiator arena against other competitors, which will see him cross paths with the Hulk, Valkyrie and the Grandmaster, all while Hela reigns chaos down on Asgard with Loki as an accomplice.

Recent D23 footage from the Avengers: Infinity War panel showed how the sons of Odin will fare post-Ragnarok. Fans saw Thor meeting the Guardians of the Galaxy in space while Loki was spotted with the Tesseract as Thanos gears to come to Earth in search of the remaining Infinity Stones to assert dominance over the cosmos.
