As part of the studio's thirty days of Hela celebration, Marvel Studios has released a brand new featurette focusing on the villainess of Thor: Ragnarok: Hela, the Goddess of Death.

The video celebrates Hela as the first female villain in the Marvel films, and features plenty of new footage, including a scene that sees Hela order Thor and Loki to take a knee and worship her as their superior. The video, which runs a little over a minute in length, also features behind the scenes interviews with actress Cate Blanchett, Chris Hemsworth and director Taika Waititi.

In the film, Hela is on a quest to return home to Asgard and be accepted and take what is rightfully hers: Namely, Odin's currently vacated thrown.

For Blanchett, playing the role of Hela, the Goddess of Death, was extremely fun. As she says in the video, "I think the best villains are always those that you kind of love and hate what they do but you sort of understand it. There's a logic to it."
