A bunch of you asked me to spotlight Hellboy: The Crooked Man, by Mike Mignola and Richard Corben. In it, Hellboy gets caught up in some evil business in the Appalachian mountains in the late 1950s.

Hellboy is investigating a possible witching in the Appalachian mountains when a man named Tom Ferrell shows up for the first time in twenty years. The people in the area blame a woman named Cora that Tom knew when he was younger. So Tom and Hellboy go to Cora's place to investigate...

Tom then relays to Hellboy his past involvement with the devil. It all started when Tom met Effie Kolb...

Hellboy and Tom then set out to take down the Crooked Man. Lots of scary stuff happens in the rest of this series. It is collected in a trade paperback. Go get it!
