It'll be a big 2016 for the devil on TV -- not only is "Lucifer" premiering on Fox later this month, "Damien" will debut on A&E in March. The first trailer has arrived on Deadline, introducing the world to the adult version of Damien Thorn -- first seen in 1976's "The Omen" film, and played on the series by Bradley James.

"Walking Dead" and "The Shield" veteran Glen Mazzara developed the "Omen"-inspired "Damien" for TV, and serves as an executive producer. In the show, Damien has no memory of his Satanic side, but is encouraged to embrace it by Ann Rutledge, played by Barbara Hershey. Megalyn Echikunwoke (soon to appear on "Arrow" as Vixen, and also the voice of the character's live-action counterpart), Omid Abtahi and Scott Wilson also star in the series.

"Damien" debuts 10 p.m. March 7 on A&E.
