The Flash Season 4 premiere will include a familiar face. Entertainment Weekly reports that Britne Oldford will reprise her role as Peek-a-Boo, a teleporting villain introduced in Season 1.

Oldford, best known for her roles in Skins and American Horror Story, has appeared twice on The Flash and in three episodes of The Flash: Chronicles of Cisco. She made her Flash debut in the Season 1 episode "Crazy for You" as Shawna Baez, a metahuman who developed the ability to teleport after the particle accelerator explosion. After she and her boyfriend made a botched attempted to rob an armored truck, she was captured by Team Flash and thrown into their pipeline prison. She was later freed by Captain Cold and Golden Glider and has been in the wind ever since.

Little is known about Peek-a-Boo's role in the Season 4 finale, and for good reason. In the Season 3 finale, Barry volunteered himself to take Jay’s place in the Speed Force prison. As the episode drew to a close, he said goodbye to each member of Team Flash, told Wally to watch over Central City as its hero and asked that Earth-2’s Harry Wells stick around to take HR’s place on the team. Shortly thereafter, a portal opened and the Speed Force manifested as Barry’s mother Nora, who invited him to go with her. He took her hand and they walked into the Speed Force together, only for them to vanish from sight.

Seeing as Barry is gone and Team Flash's fate is up in the air, few details about Season 4 have been released. That should change, however, when Comic-Con International in San Diego rolls around, as an exclusive first look is set to take place on Saturday in Ballroom 20, with a Q&A session with some of the cast to follow shortly thereafter.
