Sony Pictures has debuted the teaser trailer for "Hotel Transylvania 2," director Genndy Tartakovsky's sequel to his his 2012 CG-animated comedy.

Arriving Sept. 25, the sequel further explores the generation gap that formed the basis of the first film, with Mel Brooks playing the centuries-old Vlad, who arrives to visit his estranged son Dracula (Adam Sandler) and granddaughter Mavis (Selena Gomez). His presence at the hotel turns everyone's life upside down.

As the teaser indicates, there's yet another generation added to the mix: Drac's half-human, half-vampire son Dennis.

"Hotel Transylvania 2" also stars Kevin James, Andy Samberg, Steve Buscemi, David Spade, Keegan-Michael Key and Fran Drescher.
