"Supergirl" kicks off its second season ever, and her first on The CW in October, and she's not alone. According to the newly released premiere synopsis, both Kara and Kal-El will be needed when the world is again threatened by an unknown force. The Season Two premiere episode is aptly titled "The Adventures of Supergirl," a fun nod to the recent DC Comic of the same name.
