When you’re a student at the Jean Grey School, you take a lot of out of the ordinary classes — ones usually involving defense against telepathic attacks, history of mutant art and the Danger Room. With extraordinary classes also come extraordinary teachers — like Spider-Man. No, he’s not a mutant, but Wolverine wanted Peter Parker to join the JGS faculty and, in keeping with the clawed mutant’s last wishes, Spider-Man has signed on to teach ethics to the super powered student body. So far Spidey’s class has tussled with Stegron and Sauron and stopped Staten Island from turning into Jurassic Park, but the wall-crawler still hasn’t found the potential traitor lurking among the student body. We’ve brought on writer Elliott Kalan to give you a crash course in all things “Spider-Man and the X-Men.”
Next week, Kalan returns to X-Position to answer your “Spider-Man and the X-Men” queries. Have a question for Elliott? Send it in via an e-mail with the subject line “X-Position” or if 140 character questions are more your speed, try Twitter — or leave a comment in the CBR Community thread. But get ’em in quickly, because the deadline’s Friday! Make it happen!
