Arrow star Stephen Amell just teased the new Team Arrow. Maybe. Possibly. Probably not.
On Twitter, Amell responded to GreenArrowTV.com's suggestion that the recently-released photo of Oliver Queen, John "Spartan" Diggle and Laurel Lance, aka Black Canary, shows the new Team Arrow. "Maybe. Probably not. But maybe," he teased.
In the Season 7 finale, Oliver Queen upheld his end of his "Elseworlds" bargain with the Monitor and went with him to warn worlds of the "Crisis" to come. Though that seemed to suggest Green Arrow would fly solo for his final season, this looks to be far from the case, judging by the photo above and recent comments from Amell himself.
While Oliver will expect to go solo on this final mission, Amell said that a "familiar encounter" will make him understand that “he’s not going to be allowed to do it alone.†As such, it appears he'll have company for his mission with the Monitor. If this photo is any indication, Spartan and Black Canary will be two such companions.
