With two months until the Skywalker Saga concludes in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Lucasfilm has announced its extensive corporate partners for the upcoming sequel's expansive promotional campaign.

Eight major brand partners, across a variety of different industries, have announced tie-in promotions and products for the Star Wars film in association with Disney and Lucasfilm. The listed partners include United Airlines, Porsche, Bose, Samsung, General Electric, McDonald's, General Mills and Dannon.

United Airlines will launch Star Wars-themed features across its fleet this fall, as well as in-flight Star Wars entertainment programming for passengers of all ages. United will also release a newly designed airliner timed to the release of Episode IX this December. Similarly, Porsche will unveil its first fully-electric car, the Taycan, for release in the U.S. to coincide with the film's opening.

Audio hardware company Bose will have its augmented reality app interface with the official Star Wars app to provide a 360-degree storytelling experience of the franchise through its wearable devices, with built-in motion sensors. Electronics hardware company Samsung will allow fans access to a Star Wars-themed world through the use of its Galaxy mobile phones, teasing at a connective experience in partnership with Lucasfilm. General Electric will offer Star Wars-themed events at retail locations while launching its own Star Wars-branded national advertising campaign this year.

From Oct. 15 through May 14, 2020, General Mills will offer barcodes on specially marked products, including Chex Mix and Nature Valley granola, that are accessible through the Star Wars app and let fans play games, with the completion of each game resulting in a ten-cent donation to the nonprofit organization Feeding America. Select Dannon yogurt products will include Star Wars-branding and collectible tops for a limited time, while McDonald's will offer The Rise of Skywalker Happy Meals, with sixteen different collectible toys included.
