A Boba Fett spinoff film may no longer be in the cards due to the forthcoming Star Wars live-action series The Mandalorian. However, a new report suggests two other fan-favorite bounty hunters from a galaxy far, far away could appear in the Jon Favreau-produced show.

MakingStarWars.net reports that IG-88 and Bossk, who both debuted in 1980's The Empire Strikes Back, may show up in The Mandalorian. The IG assassin droid has apparently been referred to by name as IG-88 on set, while the Trandoshan is simply believed to be Bossk at this time.

Both IG-88 and Bossk were among the group of bounty hunters enlisted by Darth Vader in Episode V to hunt down the Millennium Falcon and its crew. Ultimately, though, it was Boba Fett that managed to secure the payload.

Recently, it was announced that Game of Thrones and Narcos' Pedro Pascal would play the titular Mandalorian. Joining him is Carl Weathers (Predator), Gina Carano (Deadpool), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man), and Nick Nolte (Affliction).

The Mandalorian will arrive on Disney+ in 2019.
