If you were expecting a new "Star Wars" trailer to debut Friday at Comic-Con International, it appears the Force just wasn't with you.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Lucasfilm's Hall H plans don't include a new trailer or any clips from "The Force Awakens." The next trailer apparently is targeted for release in the fall (although surely Disney will want something to show off next month at the D23 Expo).

So what will attendees get? Director J.J. Abrams, screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan, and Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy, as already announced, plus "several" unnamed cast members, for a behind-the-scenes look at the super-secretive "The Force Awakens." Ah, well, autumn will be here soon enough. Right?

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens Dec. 18.
