Audiences likely don't need much convincing to watch Star Wars: The Last Jedi, but that doesn't mean the franchise faithful aren't eagerly awaiting the arrival of the next trailer.

Responding to a fan this morning on Twitter, actor Mark Hamill may have let slip when the new trailer for The Last Jedi will debut. He quickly deleted the tweet, but luckily for fans, the Internet never forgets:

"Watch Monday Night Football on Monday October 9th- for no reason in particular," Hamill wrote in response to a fan who said "today is a great day" to drop some new footage. While there could be any number of reasons why he deleted the reply, given that we're just 88 days away from the premiere of The Last Jedi, it's pretty certain Lucasfilm is prepping the next trailer. So far, fans have gotten one official teaser trailer and a quick behind-the-scenes video, but it seems as if that could change in a matter of weeks.
