After alarming fans in March with the cancellation of a pair of convention appearances due to "health issues," the 94-year-0ld comic book legend announced a couple of weeks ago that he was "almost back up to snuff." If his legions of followers required further reassurance, they need look no further than Karen Gillan, where on Saturday she posted a photo of herself with Lee on the Atlanta-area set of "Avengers: Infinity War."

The photo, which shows the actress in her Nebula makeup, would seem to confirm Lee's cameo in the Marvel Studios sequel, now filming at Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Georgia, and in Edinburgh, Scotland.

No stranger to the suburban-Atlanta studio, Lee visited there last year to film his cameos for four Marvel Studios productions in a single day: “Doctor Strange,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” “Spider-Man: Homecoming” and “Thor: Ragnarok.” "He was on fire," Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recalled in September. "He came in, he sat here, he stood there, he stood in this window, and then he went home.”

It's worth noting that production of "Black Panther" is also underway at Pinewood Atlanta, so it seems likely Lee shot two cameos during his latest visit.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, "Black Panther" opens Feb. 16, 2018. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, "Avengers: Infinity War" arrives May 4, 2018.
