The latest video footage from "Spider-Man: Homecoming" may be a mere 4-seconds long, but there's a lot to unpack for such a short tease.

First, and perhaps most importantly, is the reveal of the latest bit of high-tech hardware gifted to the young hero by Tony Stark, otherwise known as Iron Man. You can hear Peter Parker's excitement as the spider-symbol peels itself off of his webbed chest and flies away, leaving us to wonder: Is this a new take on the classic Spider-Tracers the web-slinger has traditionally used in the comics to track his foes as they attempt to make their getaway? Or is it some sort of new crimefighting technology altogether? Here's hoping the full trailer will have the answer!

The second half of the teaser involves Spider battling the Vulture, which sees the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler in a bit of role reversal, as the hero finds himself narrowly avoiding being sucked into a passenger jet's engine, a fate typically reserved for those of the feathered wing persuasion.

Of course, this is all setting the stage for tomorrow, March 28, which is when the next, most likely final trailer arrives for the anticipated film.

The teaser was not only shared on the official "Spider-Man: Homecoming social media accounts; star Tom Holland also debuted the footage along with the observation with his Instagram followers. The video clip comes on the heels of the release of a trio of new posters for the film, each one depicting the new Spidey in various settings around New York City.
