Ahead of tonight's NBA Finals game four, which will also bring the first teaser trailer for Black Panther, Marvel and Sony have released yet another promo, via EW, detailing Peter Parker's journey to attending Tony Stark's NBA Finals viewing party -- with a surprise twist.

After finally securing snacks on Happy Hogan's (Jon Favreau) orders for Tim Duncan, Peter (Tom Holland) finally made it to Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) party. Like the last promo, which saw a cameo from DJ Khaled, the latest spot is full of plenty of surprises, including a cameo by "MJ" -- Magic Johnson, though of course the NBA has a couple of legendary MJs -- and Tim Duncan. However, a certain party host is noticeably absent as he decided to attend the game in person, instead of watching it on TV at his own party (in classic Stark style).

Although brief and obviously outside the film's narrative, the NBA Finals promos for Spider-Man: Homecoming, which are a collaboration between ESPN CreativeWorks and Sony Pictures, are a savvy strategy for Marvel Studios and Sony, promoting the film to an even broader audience.

Arriving July 7, the franchise reboot stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Jon Favreau, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Tyne Daly, Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr. Here's the official synopsis:

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
