The smiths over at "Man At Arms" outdid themselves this time by recreating Spawn's iconic axe.

In the episode of "Super-Fan Builds" we get to see a special version of the battleaxe designed by the "Man At Arms" team in collaboration with the creator of Spawn himself: Todd McFarlane. The collaboration came out of a contest held by McFarlane looking for the number one "Spawn" fan, with the axe being offered as the prize of the contest. While it's not an exact copy of the axe used by Spawn, the fact that it was designed by McFarlane certainly gives it some authenticity.

What's immediately noticeable about the weapon besides its massive weight are the glowing green eyes on the cheek of the blade. This was meant to resemble Spawn's eerie grimace. In addition to the eyes, the blade also has a skull design atop the eyes, which is the symbol the character has been using since his inception in 1992.

Watch the clip now to get a look at the contest winner alongside McFarlane chopping some watermelons with the axe, as well as a few replicas of The Violator, the most recognizable Spawn antagonist and possibly the creepiest clown of all time.
