With only the phrase "Some production art" to describe the image, "X-Men: Apocalypse" director Bryan Singer revealed brand new artwork by art director Grant Major on his Instagram today.

In the image below, what looks to be a gigantic space ship looms over an ambiguous figure. Though Singer offered no clues as to what the device may be, a likely candidate is Ship, an A.I. entity built by the Celestials that helped En Sabah Nur on his path to becoming Apocalypse. As Ship became more self-aware, Apocalypse put it completely under his own control.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" is scheduled for a May 26, 2016 release.
