A new LEGO set may have spoiled who will be taking on the title of Black Panther in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film Wakanda Forever.

LEGO revealed an all-new look at one of its upcoming builds, titled "Shuri's Sunbird," which is seemingly a ship that T'challa's sister will be using in the movie, along with a Minifigure of her in what appears to be the Black Panther suit. The set comes with a total of three-hundred and fifty-five pieces and also includes Minifigures of Nakia, Ironheart MK1, and Attuma. Fans looking to acquire the buildable toy can pick it up on Oct. 1, 2022.

Wakanda Forever dropped its first trailer on Jul. 23, 2022, racking up 172 million video views in its first 24 hours. The footage only shows one shot of the Black Panther suit in action but does not reveal who is wearing it. This has led to rampant speculation from MCU fans, many of whom suspect that Shuri will be the one to adopt the mantle.

Who Is the Black Panther?

Ryan Coogler returns to direct the sequel to 2018's Black Panther, also penning the script alongside Joe Robert Cole, who worked as a scribe on the first film. Sequel ideas began circulating in 2018 after the first movie's success but plans for the follow-up changed in 2020 when lead actor Chadwick Boseman passed away after a prolonged battle with colon cancer. Despite many fans rallying to recast the role, Marvel Studios opted to instead write T'challa out of the sequel and pass the Black Panther title on to another already established character.

While it's currently unknown who will be adopting the suit, Wakanda Forever's stars are playing coy on which character is stepping up to fulfill the part. Lupita Nyong'o, who plays Nakia, simply responded to the question by saying, "Don’t you just love a good secret?" Similarly, Shuri actor Letitia Wright dodged answering by encouraging inquisitive fans to buy tickets for the film.

Based on the synopsis and trailers for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the sequel will see the fictional African nation going to war with an undersea empire led by the hot-headed Namor, played by MCU newcomer Tenoch Huerta. While it's currently unknown whether the Submariner will serve as the movie's core antagonist, Huerta has reassured fans that he will "kick ass" when he makes his big screen debut.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever arrives in theatres on Nov. 11.
