Universal Pictures has given the go-ahead for a sequel to last summer's comedy blockbuster Neighbors, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne will return for Neighbors 2, along with director Nicholas Stoller and writers Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O'Brien.

While the first film followed a frustrated young couple (Rogen and Byrne) with a newborn baby who live next to a noisy fraternity, the sequel finds them now stuck instead with a sorority. Now they must turn to the fraternity, their former adversaries, for help in taking down this new raucous group.

Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver will produce the project.
