Although director Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past doesn't open for another 10 months, Fox is taking full advantage of Comic-Con International to rev up the promotion machine for the sequel.

Coming Soon and First Showing have photos of a Trask Industries display outside the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego that provides our first look at the film's Sentinels (well, at least their heads), the mutant-hunting giant robots that essentially rule the United States in a dystopian alternate future. There are also propaganda posters with slogans like "Fighting the Mutant Threat" and "Mutants Are Our Enemy."

Trask Industries business cards are also being handed out that points people to this sleek if ominous-looking website (which in turn seems to promote the Comic-Con display).

Fox will hold its Comic-Con presentation Saturday afternoon in Hall H, which seems likely to feature something from X-Men: Days of Future Past, as well as an official announcement about X-Force.

Opening May 23, 2013, X-Men: Days of Future Past stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, Peter Dinklage, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Daniel Cudmore, Lucas Till, Omar Sy, Booboo Stewart, Fan Bingbing, Adan Canto and Josh Helman.
