CBS's comedy pilot Crazy Ones is developing a deeper television pedigree with each new announcement.

The series was dreamed up by David E. Kelley, who created Picket Fences, Ally McBeal and The Practice, among others. It follows a father and daughter who work together in advertising while balancing their familial relationship. The father is being filled by Robin Williams, who cut his teeth on stand-up and the 1978-1982 sitcom Mork & Mindy before becoming a film star.

According to TVLine, the daughter character will be played by another TV vet, Sarah Michelle Gellar. The Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress has signed on for her first television gig since the cancellation of The CW thriller Ringer. James Wolk (For A Good Time Call, Political Animals) will play the potential love interest who also works with Gellar and Williams.

Arthur, Modern Family and 1600 Penn director Jason Winer will helm the pilot.
