The hit comedy series will come back with a 10-episode third season. “We did it,” co-creator Justin Roiland said to a cheering crowd over a live-stream event broadcast over the Internet for Adult Swim followers. “We fucking did it.”

“When you ask us ‘Where’s season three?’ and I say that they’re drawing it, I literally mean that we took too long writing it and now they’re drawing it,” co-creator Dan Harmon said, referring to the storyboard artists.
