The Black List is a yearly compendium of scripts that people in Hollywood really like, but have trouble getting made for various reasons. Brian Duffield's Jane Got a Gun featured prominently on the list, which actually led to the film getting made with Natalie Portman pulling double duty as actress and producer. But Duffield hasn't stopped there. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he's just landed a script called Monster Problems at Paramount Pictures, which will be passing it to Shawn Levy to direct.

Levy's been working in Hollywood for years, but is best known for helming the two Night at the Museum movies, Date Night and last year's Real Steel. Monster Problems is said to be a post-apocalyptic road trip along the lines of Mad Max or Zombieland "with a John Hughes-esque love story at its center."

That's all we know about the project. Levy's next film, The Internship, stars Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn.
