Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is already a massive hit, crossing $500 million worldwide and leading the North American box office for the second consecutive weekend. However, the Marvel Studios marketing machine isn't slowing down yet, as we see in this new featurette showcasing the sequel's "biggest" star: Baby Groot.

Following a scene-stealing introduction in the final moments of 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy, the pint-sized version of the beloved character has a far more prominent role in the sequel, where he spends some time with the Ravager. Needless to say, the band of interstellar thieves and pirates aren't particularly nice to the little sprout, as this video details.

"We put him in a little Ravagers uniform," says Gef actor Steve Agee. "He's adorable."
