Nearly 11 weeks after Lionsgate and Saban unveiled the first look at "Power Rangers," a Japanese trailer has arrived that's significantly shorter but offers a glimpse at new footage from the upcoming franchise reboot.

Make no mistake, it is just a glimpse: Don't blink or you'll miss new shots of the film's version of the Power Coins, the otherworldly objects from which the Rangers draw their powers.

The big-screen reimagining of the long-running action-adventure series follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn their small town of Angel Grove -- and, indeed, the entire world -- is in danger of obliteration by an alien threat. They quickly discover they're the only ones who can save Earth, but to do so they'll have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers.

The film stars Dacre Montgomery as Jason Lee Scott (Red Ranger), RJ Cyler as Billy Cranston (Blue Ranger), Naomi Scott as Kimberly Hart (Pink Ranger), Becky G as Trini Kwan (Yellow Ranger), Ludi Lin as Zack Taylor (Black Ranger), Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, Bryan Cranston as Zordon, and Bill Hader as Alpha 5. The cast also includes David Denman, Sarah Grey, Anjali Jay, Patrick Sabongui, Lisa Berry and Emily Maddison.

"Power Rangers" arrives March 24, 2017.
