DC's television series Pennyworth is adding five new regulars for the second season.

The news comes from Deadline, as the show's new season is currently in production for a summer 2020 premiere on Epix. The new series regulars are James Purefoy, Edward Hogg, Jessye Romeo, Ramon Tikaram and Harriet Slater.

Tikaram and Slater are Season 1 veterans who appeared in recurring roles as Inspector Victor Aziz and Sandra Onslow, respectively. As for the new roles, Purefoy will play Captain Gulliver Troy, Hogg will play Colonel Salt and Romeo will portray Katie Browning.

Pennyworth follows the exploits of a young Alfred Pennyworth, played by Jack Bannon, years before becoming a butler and aid to Batman. The series' first season premiered last year and concluded on Sep. 29.

Like Season 1, the next season will be ten episodes long. Production began back in January at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK. No release date for the second season has been given at this time.

Developed by former Gotham collaborators Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon, Pennyworth stars Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth, Ben Aldridge as Thomas Wayne, Jason Flemyng as Lord Harwood, Paloma Faith as Bet Sykes, Ryan Fletcher as Dave Boy, Hainsley Lloyd Bennett as Bazza and Jessica Ellerby as the Queen. The series airs Sundays at 9 pm ET/PT on EPIX.
