Patrick Schwarzenegger has joined the sprawling cast of Fox's horror-comedy "Scream Queens."

The announcement was made this morning by co-creator Ryan Murphy, who of course didn't divulge any details about his role.

Set in elite sorority house, "Scream Queens" revolves around a college campus rocked by a series of murders by a killer in a devil costume. The series stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Skyler Samuels, Nasim Perdad, Billie Lourde, Oliver Hudson, Diego Boneta, Glen Powell and Lucien Laviscount, with guest appearances by Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas.

The son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, Schwarzenegger is a model and actor whose film credits include "Stuck in Love," "Grown Ups 2" and the upcoming "Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse." He also appeared as Grande's love interest in the music video for "Right There."

"Scream Queens" debuts Tuesday, Sept. 22, on Fox.
