As noted in CBR's review of the film, the cameo with the 1990 "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'" Judith Hoag -- the original live-action April O'Neil -- was removed from the final cut of "Out of the Shadows."

It was previously reported that Hoag would be appearing alongside Megan Fox's April, after photos were taken of the actors shooting a scene together on the New York City set:
