Marvel Powers United VR was showcased with an announcement trailer that specifically highlighted the game's co-op play style, featuring friends joining forces to step into the personas of Marvel favorites like The Hulk, Captain Marvel, and Rocket Raccoon.

YouTube personality Markiplier then took the stage to talk about his hands-on experience with the game, gleefully explaining how he was able to spend about an hour with it. He was particularly excited to explain how the different characters felt in virtual reality. The Hulk, he said, made him feel huge, while Rocket Raccoon made him feel like he was looking up at just about everything around him.
