Just ahead of New York Comic Con, Kodansha Comics it teasing its “Biggest ‘Attack on Titan’ Manga Announcement Ever" panel with the release of art by artist Tomer Hanuka.

No additional details were provided, leaving fans to try to discern clues from the art itself. Hanuka only offered, "This is massive."

As we noted last month, the "Biggest 'Attack on Titan' Manga Announcement Ever" is certainly a bold claim, considering that Hajime Isayama’s post-apocalyptic fantasy has become a global phenomenon. Set in a world where where remorseless, flesh-eating giants have all but wiped out humanity, the manga has more than 50 million copies in circulation worldwide; 2.5 million of those are in the United States.

Kodansha Comics, a subsidiary of Japanese powerhouse Kodansha, is the U.S. publisher of Attack on Titan, as well as its spinoffs Attack on Titan: Before the Fall and Attack on Titan: Junior High.

An award-winning magazine illustrator, Hanuka is known for his collaborations with his twin brother Asaf Hanuka on such comics as Bipolar, The Placebo Man and, this year, The Divine.

The Kodansha panel will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. ET in 1A18 at New York Comic Con.
