DC Collectibles revealed three brand new, highly detailed Wonder Woman statues today at New York Comic Con. The statues draw inspiration from the upcoming “Wonder Woman” movie, featuring characters and outfits seen in the trailers trailers, as well as a Wonder Woman that clearly resembles the film’s star, actress Gal Gadot. Initial images were released via the DC Collectibles Facebook page.
The first statue features Wonder Woman riding a jet black warhorse into battle, her sword raised high above her head. The statue is even detailed enough to include a translucent plume of dust beneath the horse’s back hooves. The statue stands 17.55 inches tall and will retail for $350.
The second statue is Wonder Woman in her training outfit. In this statue, Wonder Woman wears simple, golden garb and holds one of her most iconic weapons, the gilded Lasso of Truth. The statue stands at 12.46 inches tall and will retail for $150.
The third and final statue features Steve Trevor (based on Chris Pine’s likeness) alongside Wonder Woman, both reared back in their respective fighting stances. Trevor is Wonder Woman’s primary love interest in the DC Comics series and a member of the US Army Air Corps. The statue stands 13.32 inches tall and will retail for $275.
All statues were sculpted by DC Collectibles artist James Marsano and will be available for purchase in May 2017. The statues are not yet available for pre-order.
