Ghost Rider has arrived in New York City! On Friday evening at New York Comic Con, Clark Gregg (Phil Coulson), Chloe Bennet (Daisy "Quake" Johnson), Gabriel Luna (Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider) and Jeph Loeb (Head of Marvel Television) stopped by to offer their insight into "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4.

Loeb took the stage and welcomed fans to the panel while wearing a Ghost Rider mask with a tuft of bright orange hair. Gregg popped out shortly after, nabbed the mask and ran backstage with it. With a chuckle, Loeb then lead the audience in a chant to get them pumped up for the panel, with segments chanting "Coulson," "Quake" and "Ghost Rider" respectively. Before introducing the stars, he thanked the people who work on the show behind the scenes, including the writers, producers, visual effects team and more.

As to how the visual effects team turns him into Ghost Rider, Luna said, "It's kind of goofy looking. You put a big shroud on your head -- it did, in fact, have a skull on it to begin with. Then they cut out all the skull parts... They put a ton more dots on my face so they can track the facial expressions. And then I wear this bib --"

"It's a cool bib, bro!" Gregg pitched in.

"It looks like a nun's habit. I put it on and I think I got it from a nun and my skin started burning," Luna joked.

"When [Loeb] told me Ghost Rider was coming to the show, I'll be honest -- I saw the movies!" Gregg shared to a round of applause. "I was nervous! I was nervous about it. Our show is based in science. Some of the coolest characters on our show are Fitz and Simmons. (And when they kiss, a nerdy angel gets its wings.)... We try to ground everything, even the crazy shit that happens on our show. And then we saw this spectacular banner of destiny, and we were still  a little bit nervous. We don't get to see it until the premiere... [The visual effects] were so amazing."

"My first couple days with Gabe [Luna] was really, really fun. [Daisy]'s in a dark place," Bennet said. "It's been a difficult couple years. This is definitely her season of rebellion... she kind of runs into this guy who, from the outside, it seems like they're pretty similar. We didn't get along at first. But this guy killed it! In our first episode, we had this epic fight sequence... he killed it."

"She's so lovely, she didn't deserve to die," Luna added. "But I'm not the one who decides."

As to the New Director, Gregg said, "To a certain extent, he's relieve to be back in the field, but he has to turn S.H.I.E.L.D. over to this new guy, who seems more interested in focus groups... We're very excited to see where this journey takes us.

"I just have to take one moment just to say, I was very dead at the end of this wonderful movie called 'The Avengers,'" Gregg said, recalling how he filmed a "farewell" video that turned into a show announcement. "Our show feels like it was born here, and we will always come here, no matter what."

"I think we would be the worst couple," Bennet said in response to a fan who asked if Ghost Rider and Quake would become a steady couple. "My favorite relationship on this show has always been Coulson and Skye -- not in that way -- but it's always been so organic. Clark has been such a mentor to me on- and off-screen... As much as I would love Daisy to find a lover, I don't think [that's the direction we're going]."

"He's already dead," Coulson said, framing it as a bonus since Daisy's other boyfriends have died over the course of the show.

Another fan asked when "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." would acknowledge the events of the Netflix shows. "Stay tuned," Loeb teased.

As fan questions came to a close, Loeb announced that "Uprising" -- the next episode of Season 4 -- would premiere in the auditorium.
