The artist Jock (“The Losers,” “2000 AD,” “Green Arrow Year One”) has told fans via Twitter that he is “ironing out the tweaks in some NO HEROICS costumes,” and that the show has completed casting. Follow @jock4twenty for further updates. (h/t to Holden)
To go along with this, Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Freddie Prinze, Jr., has joined the cast as Ultimatum, your smug, famous, eminently popular hero. No word yet on whether he will remake a homely heroine into a glorious amazon on a dare, only to fall hopelessly in love with her in the lead up to prom…

Punisher: War Zone, starring Ray Stevenson, is available now on DVD and Blu-ray.
IRON MAN 2
ET Online has a video interview with Jon Favreau from the premiere of “I Love You Man.” IESB has a transcript of portions of that video dealing with Iron Man 2. Favreau said shooting begins in two weeks and that rehearsals are going on now. Final casting announcements will be made next week. Favreau would not confirm rumors regarding Mickey Rourke or Scarlett Johansson, though based on his responses Rourke at least seems a lock.
(IESB’s photo of Rourke in a Russian prison also lends credence to the rumor.)
Iron Man 2 starring Robert Downey, Jr., is scheduled for release on May 7, 2010.
