We're still five months away from the release of the "Harry Potter" spinoff/prequel "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," but the updates keep coming. The film's official twitter account just released the latest teaser poster:

The image of Eddie Redmayne ponderously staring over 1920s New York City is undoubtedly evocative, even if it follows the trailer's decision to not really show any of the titular beasts. Wait a second...what's going on with that building he's standing on? It looks like one of the monsters -- a dragon, perhaps? -- has crashed right through the foundation. Maybe we're getting closer to seeing the creatures than we think.

As we reported earlier, the film is directed by “Harry Potter” veteran David Yates from a script by J.K. Rowling herself. Set in 1926 New York City, magizoologist Newt Scamander (Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document extraordinary magical creatures. He might have enjoyed his stopover without incident, if it weren’t for a No-Maj (the American term for “Muggle”) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of Newt’s fantastic beasts. Stay tuned for actual animals as we slowly track them down.
